Favorite Places: Parsons, West Virginia

At a mere 1.2 square miles and 1500 residents, chances are pretty good that you haven’t heard of Parsons, West Virginia! We stumbled upon this quaint little town in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains by chance late last August, while seeking out a campground along our “avoid-major-highways-if-at-all-possible” route from Tennessee to New York. Did I mention it was also our first official day as full-time nomads?!
